McKenzie Ellis was borne out of a need for a specialist and personal approach to legal recruitment by Jill Pitches (McKenzie) and Jackie Mulligan (Ellis).

We understand the increasing demand for flexibility in the workplace. As well as permanent recruitment, an important part of what we do is recruiting for flexible, part-time and short-term work opportunities.

We draw from our backgrounds of 20 years' experience working as qualified, senior lawyers to provide an ethical, relevant service. Between us we have worked in small, medium and large firms, in-house and in barristerial roles - we know what it takes.

Since that time she has worked in Auckland and London in a variety of commercial and property positions, including private practice, government departments, and in-house for a major national corporation. In 2003 Jill completed a post graduate degree Diploma in Business Administration at the University of Auckland.
